Job Description

Job Title: Python Developer Location: Chennai (On-site Only) Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a Python Developer with strong logical reasoning , problem-solving ability , and a passion for writing clean, effective code. This is a Chennai-based on-site role , and we are seeking candidates who are either currently based in Chennai or willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain scalable Python applications and backend systems Break down complex problems logically and implement efficient solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact features Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability Write clear, well-documented code and contribute to internal best practices What We’re Looking For: Strong logical and analytical thinking skills — we value clarity of thought over rote knowledge Solid experience in Python and at least one modern web framework (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI) High learnability and genuine curiosity about new tools and technologies Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Familiarity with Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic software development practices Must be willing to work full-time from our Chennai office (this is not a remote role ) Interview Process: Candidates will go through a detailed coding test focused on problem-solving, logic, and code quality. This is a key part of our selection process.
