Job Description – Part-Time UI Designer Company: Emireq – Global Islamic Investment & Technology Platform Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time (30 hours per week) Salary: Up to 18,000 INR / month About Emireq Emireq is an international Islamic investment and technology platform dedicated to building a modern, Shariah-compliant digital ecosystem. We integrate startup funding, investor networks, zakat contributions, tokenization, and metaverse engagement into a unified platform that empowers entrepreneurs, investors, and communities worldwide. We are expanding our team and seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer who will play a key role in designing intuitive and impactful user experiences across our platform. Role Overview As a UI Designer at Emireq, you will be responsible for creating clean, user-friendly, and modern interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the creative team to ensure consistency across dashboards for Super Admin, Startups, and Investors . You should have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of Islamic finance principles (or willingness to learn), and the ability to translate complex features into simple, elegant designs. Key Responsibilities Design responsive web and mobile UI screens for Emireq dashboards (Super Admin, Startup, Investor). Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Ensure design consistency across all modules (zakat, tokenization, metaverse, investments, startup onboarding). Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features. Work closely with the UX team to improve user journeys and simplify workflows. Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalability. Incorporate Islamic design aesthetics where appropriate (cultural sensitivity, Arabic/RTL readiness). Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a UI Designer (2+ years preferred). Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools . Strong understanding of responsive design principles for both desktop and mobile. Experience designing dashboards, financial/fintech platforms, or SaaS products. Knowledge of UX best practices , usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on a part-time schedule. Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Experience with Islamic finance platforms or culturally aware design. Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, or frontend frameworks (to hand off designs effectively). Knowledge of 3D UI/Metaverse interfaces .
