Role Overview

Business Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Management:

  • Manage and organize day-to-day business operations and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and project timelines between the Founder, tech team, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain internal databases, project trackers, and records of communications.
  • Investor Relations:

  • Handle communications and scheduling with potential and existing investors.
  • Assist the Founder in preparing investor reports, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation of investor queries, interests, and feedback.
  • Operational Support:

  • Oversee administrative workflows and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects.
  • Support in handling business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors, interns, and consultants to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Task & Workflow Management:

  • Manage and update tasks assigned to team members via Jira or other project management tools.
  • Report progress and issues directly to the Founder for quick resolution.
  • Follow up on pending deliverables across departments.
  • Communication:

  • Prepare official emails, announcements, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or executive assistance (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits
