Job Description

Role Overview: Eco-Shelter Projects LLP, a manufacturing company dedicated to creating affordable and sustainable roofing and building materials from bamboo, is establishing a groundbreaking manufacturing facility in Nashik, Maharashtra. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily business operations, ensuring efficient functioning, and maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of daily office operations, including overseeing general office activities and maintaining a high level of ownership and professionalism. - Communicate clearly and effectively with on-site personnel, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring compliance with company confidentiality policies. - Implement and enforce occupational safety practices, fostering a safe work environment for all individuals. - Enter company-related data into IT systems as directed by the General Manager, ensuring data integrity and providing necessary information for accounting purposes. - Supervise, mentor, and train contracting staff responsible for site security, housekeeping, and non-production functions, delegating assignments to optimize productivity. - Participate in office meetings, address action items, and escalate critical issues to the GM for resolution. - Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes, including tracking transportation costs and customs-related activities. - Engage in supplier discussions, finalize procurement contracts, and monitor supplier performance and pricing to take necessary actions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi and Telugu is advantageous. - Minimum of five years of experience in office administration and management. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrated compliance with company policies on confidentiality, workplace safety, non-discrimination, and substance abuse.
