The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement tokenization and other AI frameworks into workflows for automation, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to align AI solutions with our principles-based financial framework.
• Optimize system performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Research, test, and deploy emerging AI/ML tools and tokenization technologies.
• Document processes and provide technical support for deployed systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development with an AI focus.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
• Familiarity with tokenization frameworks and their integration.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, or vector databases.
• Prior work in startups or innovation-driven projects.

Work Arrangement & Compensation:

• Part-Time: 5 hours daily, Monday–Friday.
• Remote
• Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 INR per month.
