Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations, manage office supplies, and maintain company records and policies. Financial oversight: Assist with budget preparation, track expenses, process invoices, and ensure compliance with financial procedures. Staff and project coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training. They may also help monitor project timelines and deliverables. Strategic support: Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, analyze financial statements and performance reports, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved performance. Operational efficiency: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, adopt new technologies, and ensure smooth workflow and productivity across the organization.
