We are hiring a Python Backend Developer with hands-on experience in backend
development. You will be responsible for developing APIs, improving backend performance,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The job involves fresh development as well as supporting existing projects and interacting
with the customers to understand their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and frameworks like
Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for efficient data
storage and retrieval.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues.
• Ensure code quality, follow best practices, and maintain a clean architecture.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving backend system
design.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Hands-on experience with Python and backend frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of REST API development principles.
• Good knowledge of database management, ORM concepts, and writing optimized
queries.
• Basic understanding of asynchronous programming, caching, and background tasks
(Celery/Redis) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP or containerization tools like Docker is an added
advantage.
• Solid understanding ofsoftware engineering fundamentals and debugging techniques.
