Job Overview : The role involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware devices, particularly barcode printers and scanners. The Engineer will provide technical support, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, and to ensure high-quality service. Engineer siting will be in client site. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware like Barcode Printers & scanners. · Provide technical support for client, including diagnosing and solving issues with equipment such as Barcode Printer, scanner. Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service, resolve complex technical problems, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. · Assist in maintaining proper records of installations, technical issues, solutions, and client communications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant experience in technical support, hardware, & networking. · Expertise in Computer Hardware & Networking, Barcode Printers & scanners. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently. · Good communication skills to interact with client and internal teams. · Experience with customer service and managing technical queries on-site. · Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
