About the Role

You’ll be the digital engine behind RealityBox, responsible for growing our online presence, building brand visibility, and driving inbound opportunities through smart digital campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our creative and business teams to build content calendars, run paid and organic campaigns, track analytics, and make sure our stories reach the right eyes, at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

• Build and manage content calendars and performance dashboards.

• Track and analyze campaign results, and optimize for better ROI.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and storytelling tone.

• Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.

• Support email marketing, lead nurturing, and digital outreach efforts.

• Suggest new growth channels, automation tools, and performance ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a creative or media agency.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid ads, and analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling instincts.

• A creative mind with a business-driven approach to marketing.

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to experiment.
