Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist (Cosmo Radiance)

Cosmo Radiance is looking for a full-time, team-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and manage online marketing strategies. The primary goal of this role is to enhance the company's digital presence, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engines, and display advertising.
• Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media channels that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
• SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics (ROI, KPIs).
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the company's strategies innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,009.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
