Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Ads Specialist to drive paid growth and customer acquisition for our AI agent development platform. You'll own our paid advertising strategy across multiple channels and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Manage substantial advertising budgets and optimize spend allocation across platforms
  • Create and test ad campaigns targeting AI/automation, SaaS, and enterprise audiences
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis in the AI/tech space
  • Design conversion-focused landing pages and coordinate with design teams for ad creatives
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics across all advertising platforms
  • Use AI tools to enhance campaign optimization, creative testing, and audience targeting
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to nurture leads through the funnel
  • Create performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and emerging advertising technologies



Requirements

  • 8+ years proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong track record of scaling campaigns and achieving measurable ROI
  • Expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and other major platforms
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and attribution models
  • Experience using AI tools for ad optimization, creative generation, and campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Proven ability to manage six-figure+ monthly ad budgets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred

  • Background in AI/ML industry or related technologies
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integration
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other platform certifications
  • Experience with video ad production and creative strategy
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools for advanced reporting



Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
