Digital Marketing Associate – Nestology

Nestology is on a mission to make the first three years of parenting calmer, clearer, and more confident for families. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will help more parents discover Nestology and engage deeply with its programs, content, and community.

Nestology offers a digital ecosystem for parents of 0–3 year olds, combining structured guidance, routines, play ideas, and expert support. The brand voice is warm, trustworthy, and practical, focused on supporting Indian families with evidence-informed, judgment-free communication.

Role overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will execute and optimize campaigns across social, search, email, and community channels.

Key focus areas include:

  • Driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation among new and expecting parents.
  • Supporting performance and organic marketing initiatives end to end.
  • Working closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute day-to-day social media activities: content scheduling, posting, basic copy, and community interaction (comments, DMs, queries).
  • Coordinate with content and design to publish high-quality posts, reels, carousels, and stories tailored to parents of infants and toddlers.
  • Assist in running paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, including basic setup, audience selection, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and update landing pages or basic website content in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Set up and monitor email campaigns or WhatsApp outreach, including list segmentation, basic automation, and performance review.
  • Track and report key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, sign-ups, CAC proxies where applicable) with simple dashboards.
  • Conduct basic competitor and trend research in the parenting and baby-products space to inform content and campaigns.
  • Collect insights from parents’ responses, comments, and community behaviour and feed them back into product and content decisions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or social media roles; early-stage startup or consumer brand experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of core digital channels: social, search, email, and basic performance marketing concepts.
  • Comfort with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/alternatives, email or WhatsApp platforms, basic no-code landing tools).
  • Strong written communication skills and sensitivity to writing for new and expecting parents in the Indian context.
  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to interpret simple dashboards and suggest next steps.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
  • Genuine interest in parenting, early childhood, or consumer health/education products is an advantage.
