We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop and manage content strategies across digital platforms (e.g., website, blog, email, and social media).
  • Optimize website and landing pages for user experience and conversion rate (CRO).
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to grow followers and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external vendors as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Report on KPIs and ROI for digital campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and design basics (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience in eCommerce or B2B digital marketing.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
