Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. We’re looking for a driven individual who can independently manage our digital presence and bring in measurable business results. The ideal candidate must have experience with international markets and be skilled in running performance-based ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company website independently (content updates, plugins, basic SEO, etc.)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Create and execute digital strategies focused on lead generation and business growth
• Target and manage campaigns for international markets
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Collaborate with content/design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Must have strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Ability to handle website independently
• Strong understanding of targeting international audiences and markets
• Experience in lead generation, both B2B and B2C
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
