We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital campaigns from start to finish, monitor all activities closely, and constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hygiene Fresh, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns from scratch to completion. This includes strategy development, execution, continuous monitoring, optimization, and reporting. You’ll also be expected to actively generate creative ideas to enhance campaign performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Email, etc.
• Take full ownership of campaigns — from initial concept to final analysis and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, relevant digital content.
• Manage and grow social media presence with regular posts, engagement, and community interaction.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for better organic reach.
• Generate new ideas and strategies to improve digital marketing effectiveness and brand visibility.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to the marketing team.
• Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying relevant innovations to campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
