COMPANY : R SQUARE INTERIORS LOCATION : ALACHULLY, KOTTAKKAL Job Summary R SQUARE INTERIORS is seeking an immediate hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee critical financial operations. The role involves handling banking transactions, import payments, reconciliations, salary processing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid accounting background, and the ability to work independently under deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day banking and internet banking activities. * Any Time Billing * Collaborate With Suppliers & Clients * Make shop appearences Neat & Clean * Handle import payments, coordinate with banks, and ensure timely collection of import documents. * Process utility bill payments (electricity, water, internet, etc.). * Conduct voucher audit approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements. * Manage Bill of Entry submission and reconciliation for import transactions. * Oversee monthly salary processing And ensure accuracy and timely disbursement. * Maintain proper accounting records, support audits, and prepare financial reports as required. Qualifications & Requirements *Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. * Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or finance. * Priority For Furniture field Experience *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
