Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, articulate, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

This role is essential to maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mail, packages).
  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, customers, or vendors in person or via phone/email.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in administration is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Bilingual (if applicable to your region or company needs).
  • Experience working in a corporate, clinic, hotel, or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone systems, etc.).
