Role Description

1. Website Management

  • Update website content, banners, blogs, and service pages regularly.
  • Manage CMS platforms such as

    WordPress, Shopify, or Wix

    .
  • Ensure website performance, mobile responsiveness, and proper UI/UX alignment.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for major website changes.
  • Track website analytics and provide recommendations for improvement.


2. Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute SEO strategies including

    On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO

    .
  • Manage

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Handle daily posting, engagement, and growth across all social media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends study.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp/Zoho Campaigns).
  • Create digital content (blogs, posts, short videos, reels as needed).


3. Content & Branding

  • Write basic content for website pages, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives and marketing assets.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.


4. Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and SEO metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports for management review.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Mass Communication

    , or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of

    SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console

    , and Social Media Management.
  • Experience with

    WordPress

    or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of

    HTML/CSS

    (preferred).
  • Knowledge of

    Canva/Photoshop

    for basic graphic design.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in

    Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing
