Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
.
Drive
lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness
for the GoodSpace AI platform.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (
CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV
) and optimize for maximum ROI.
Run
A/B testing
on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Manage and track marketing budgets across channels.
Generate regular performance reports and share insights with leadership.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools.

Required Skill Sets

2–5 years of hands-on experience in
Performance/Digital Marketing
.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager
.
Proficiency in
SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, etc.)
.
Experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar BI tools
.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience in
B2B SaaS or HR Tech industry
.
Knowledge of
A/B testing tools, retargeting, and programmatic advertising
.
Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Analytics.
