Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in elevating Finance Buddha’s online presence and customer acquisition through Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll ideate, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across above mentioned channels to drive growth and engagement. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong skills in campaign execution, analytics, and performance optimization. This role will manage both the top-funnel (lead generation) and bottom-funnel (lead conversion tracking) marketing activities to maximize ROI. If you're passionate about fintech and have a flair for creative digital storytelling, this is your stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning & Execution – Create, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  2. Analytics & Reporting – Top Funnel – Track and analyze CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools; prepare actionable performance reports.
  3. Analytics & Reporting – Bottom Funnel – Monitor leads from application fill to disbursal at the lender level for deeper performance insights.
  4. Budget Management – Optimize ad spend to achieve business goals within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.
  5. Creative Collaboration – Partner with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, visuals, and messaging.
  6. A/B Testing & Optimization – Test ad creatives, banners, CTAs, and landing pages to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
  7. Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on platform changes, market trends, and fintech innovations to keep campaigns competitive.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  2. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  3. Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
