Job Summary

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.
• Measure and analyze marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize departmental activities, including meetings, performance reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and provide insights on the role of marketing in driving business expansion.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C partners, vendors, and educational stakeholders.
• Ensure all marketing communication aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Leverage market research to identify trends and opportunities within the overseas education sector.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum

  3+ years of experience in digital marketing

  with proven results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
