Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in elevating Finance Buddha’s online presence and customer acquisition through Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll ideate, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across above mentioned channels to drive growth and engagement. If you're passionate about fintech and have a flair for creative digital storytelling, this is your stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning & Execution:

    Create, launch, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  2. Analytics & Reporting (top funnel):

    Track key digital metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and prepare performance reports with data-driven insights.
  3. Analytics & Reporting (bottom funnel):

    Track the lead end-to-end from application fills to disbursal on the lender level for a deeper understanding
  4. Budget Management:

    Optimize campaign spend within allocated budgets to maximize ROI while aligning with business objectives.
  5. Creative Collaboration:

    Work with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and visual assets that resonate with the target audience.
  6. A/B Testing & Optimization:

    Conduct tests on ad creatives, banners, CTAs, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  7. Trend Monitoring:

    Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and fintech innovations to ensure the brand remains competitive.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  2. Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  3. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
