Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a results-driven digital marketing agency that partners with clients to elevate their online presence, generate leads, and grow their brand through strategic digital campaigns. We’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of planning and executing campaigns across various platforms for multiple clients across different industries.

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and account managers to deliver measurable results for clients. This is a fast-paced, agency-side role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for clients, including:
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Google Ads, Bing Ads
• Social Media Ads: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page, off-page, technical SEO
• Email Marketing: Automation, list segmentation, campaign management
• Content Marketing: Assist in blog and content strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
• Prepare monthly client reports and dashboards with KPIs, ROI analysis, and improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content writers, developers) to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Stay on top of digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep client campaigns competitive.
• Manage budgets and ad spends across platforms to maximize ROI for clients.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by contributing to digital audits, strategy development, and competitor analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role (preferably agency experience).
• Proficient in tools such as:
• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
