Key Responsibilities: Teach core and elective courses in QA/QC and Quantity Surveying , including: Construction materials and testing Quality control standards (IS codes, ASTM, BS) Site quality inspection procedures Estimation and costing Rate analysis and BOQ preparation Tendering and contract management Prepare and deliver lectures, lab sessions, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum. Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry practices and standards. Guide students in practical lab work, mini-projects, and capstone projects related to QA/QC and QS. Mentor students for industry certifications or placements in QA/QC or QS roles. Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, and seminars to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Participate in departmental activities such as curriculum development, accreditation support (NAAC, NBA), and academic audits. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 2–3years of teaching and/or industry experience in QA/QC or Quantity Surveying.
