BIM ENGINEER

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable BIM Faculty Member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, Revit (Architectural and MEP), BIM 360, Navisworks, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Recap, and Autodesk Insight, and a strong desire to educate and mentor future professionals in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. The faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, lab sessions, and project guidance related to BIM and digital design technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit Architecture & Revit MEP
• BIM 360 (collaborative tools)
• Navisworks Manage (clash detection and coordination)
• 3ds Max with V-Ray (visualization)
• Autodesk Recap (point cloud modeling)
• Autodesk Insight (energy analysis)
• Guide students in BIM-based academic and live projects, ensuring industry-relevant outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and academic support to students, including career guidance in BIM-related fields.
• Coordinate with industry professionals to arrange workshops, guest lectures, and collaborative projects.
• Contribute to research, curriculum development, and department initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in BIM tools and workflows.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred (but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
