• Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

• Note: This position is purely work from the office.

Job Overview: A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote a company's products or services and generate leads for customers and franchises to drive sales. To drive the brand's digital presence, customer acquisition, and franchise visibility through data-driven marketing strategies, high-performing campaigns, and consistent brand development across targeted districts of Karnataka, which include Tier-3 cities, Taluks, and Hobli cities.

Role & responsibilities:

Content Creation & SEO:

• Create visually appealing and engaging content using AI-powered design tools like Canva Pro, Designify, or similar platforms.
• Drive organic growth via on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Use AI-based tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Lately.ai) for content creation and optimization.
• Manage and monitor content across platforms like Instagram and Facebook by using relevant tools.

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube (Search, Display, Video, App Install).
• Manage campaign budgets, ROI targets, and ROAS goals across customer and franchise verticals.

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Run email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Odoo
• Segment and manage customer databases for personalized outreach.

Franchise Marketing

• Run lead-generation campaigns to attract new franchises in targeted districts of Karnataka, which include Tier-3 cities, Taluks, and Hobli cities.
• Create landing pages, funnel flows, and follow-up automation for lead nurturing.
• Align with the sales team to improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversion quality.

Brand Development & Communication

• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and design across all digital touchpoints.
• Assist in creative briefs, tagline generation, and micro-copy across website, app, and social media.

Sales Support for Multi-Retail Store

• Support store-level and franchisee-level branding kits and local activations.
• Pre-launching activities for new store and supporting new launching offers, etc.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for key metrics like ROAS, etc.
• Analyze campaign outcomes, share learning, and recommend actionable improvements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a main focus on B2C.
• Proven knowledge of B2C Marketing Platforms and lead-gen tools.
• Deep expertise in LGA (Lead Generation & Acquisition) strategy.

Skills and Tools:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
• Strong command over Excel, Canva, and reporting dashboards

It has been established to provide services to the society by manufacturing superior-quality, adulteration-free & preservative-free blended masalas, instant ready mixes, traditionally processed flours, and spice powders.

We have started a new business venture “Chetan Foods” which is a sister company of Chetan Agro and Foods Packaging. Our objective is to open multi-store grocery retail setups using the FOCO & COCO model across Karnataka and in other states.
