Role Overview

Google Ads Manager cum SEO Consultant & Social Media Advertising Manager


Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Create compelling ad copy and A/B test landing pages and creatives.
  • Set up conversion tracking and provide regular performance reports.


SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct on-page SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize product listings, categories, meta tags, and content.
  • Build a keyword strategy to drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with content writers for blog/article planning and optimization.
  • Monitor website health, backlinks, crawl errors, and core web vitals.


Social Media Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid social ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (if applicable), and other platforms.
  • Define target audiences and create engaging ad creatives.
  • Retarget website visitors, abandoned carts, and engage warm leads.
  • Analyse ad performance and optimize for conversions and engagement.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates.


Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing Google Ads and Social Media ad campaigns for eCommerce businesses.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical).
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Meta/Facebook Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience in the IT or tech product industry.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
