Role Title:

Job Purpose

To drive high-impact performance marketing and organic campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), optimize content distribution across channels, and deliver actionable insights through analytics, enabling revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

• Lead

• Manage marketing

  budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.

• Keep abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in both

  paid performance marketing

   and

  organic growth

  .
• Strong track record of generating and nurturing high-quality leads in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with

  digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, and analytics platforms

  .
• Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
