Digital Marketing & SEO Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic SEO and Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content teams. Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, and content. Implement technical SEO best practices (site structure, page speed, mobile optimization). Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Manage backlink strategies and outreach campaigns. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Manage email marketing campaigns and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals. Coordinate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Oversee the company’s social media presence, growth, and engagement strategies. Strategy & Reporting: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and SEO trends, tools, and best practices. Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements. Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO and digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
