Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Create top-of-funnel strategies to boost brand awareness and attract high-quality leads.
- Segment target audiences based on behaviors, demographics, and preferences for personalized retargeting efforts.
- Leverage customer journey insights from awareness to conversion to craft cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
Lead Generation & Retargeting:
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Build and grow audience segments by leveraging data insights and targeting options.
- Implement effective retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to refine campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Advertising to monitor and improve results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and resonates with the target audience.
Cross-Platform Campaign Management:
- Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads (Bing and MSN), ensuring alignment between channels for cohesive messaging.
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging ad copy, images, and videos.
- Set up, manage, and analyze A/B testing to fine-tune campaign performance across platforms.
Audience Engagement & Analytics:
- Segment and target audiences using advanced targeting techniques (lookalike audiences, custom audiences, interest-based targeting) across all platforms.
- Monitor audience behavior, engagement trends, and apply data-driven insights to refine campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with industry best practices, legal requirements, and brand standards.
Campaign Management Across the Customer Journey:
- Understand and build account-based campaigns that target specific businesses and decision-makers.
- Map customer journeys from awareness, consideration, to conversion, ensuring seamless transitions across touchpoints.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and tracking to guide leads through their journey and optimize conversion rates.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work collaboratively with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign strategies and goals.
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform future campaigns.
- Provide detailed reports on performance, budget allocation, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, retargeting, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads (Bing and MSN).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience in segmenting and targeting audiences based on customer insights and behavior.
- Ability to craft compelling ad creatives and copy, with a keen eye for detail and performance-driven content.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques to maximize ROI.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics, and performance tracking software.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with other digital marketing channels (email marketing, SEO, content marketing) is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, like HubSpot or Zapier, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing will be highly regarded.
