Description
We are looking for results-driven Real Estate Digital Marketing Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase qualified leads, promote our real estate projects and strengthen the companys digital presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive sales and brand visibility in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:.
Digital Strategy & Planning: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other online platforms. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects targeting home-buyers and investors.
Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads through SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social media advertising and performance marketing campaigns. Handle paid marketing campaigns, monitor performance and optimize ROI.
Website & Landing Pages: Manage company website and project microsites, ensuring engaging content, optimized UX/UI and effective lead capture mechanisms.
Social Media Management: Build brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) with engaging campaigns, property showcases and virtual tours.
Content Marketing: Oversee content creation (blogs, project videos, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies) to bring potential buyers and investors.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI), optimize campaigns and prepare performance dashboards for management.
Marketing Automation & CRM: Work with real estate CRMs for nurturing and managing leads through the sales funnel.
Event & Campaign Support: Promote property launches, open houses, webinars and real estate expos through digital channels.
Vendor & Agency Coordination: Manage external agencies, creative teams, and digital partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Compliance & Branding: Ensure all campaigns follow RERA guidelines and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge and Experience in real estate digital marketing trends and buyer behavior.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and programmatic advertising.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation systems.
Creative mindset with strong content strategy skills.
Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date with the latest digital tools, AI marketing trends, and real estate marketing innovations.
Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate digital marketing and property consultancy industry is mandatory.
Proven track record of Lead Generation in the real estate sector.
Bachelors / Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration or Any graduation in related field.
