Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
  • Handle the entire sales process inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
  • Keep updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 -5 years as

    BDE / BDM.

    Experience

    in

    Residential real estate sales

    (flats, apartments, or villas)is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary & Incentives:

30k to 35k
