Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market, an ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas). Handle the entire sales process – inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure. Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and real estate developers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property. Keep updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management. Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns. Desired Candidate Profile: 2 -5 years as BDE / BDM. Experience in Residential real estate sales (flats, apartments, or villas)is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of the real estate market and current trends. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Salary & Incentives: Salary 30k to 35k Incentives - 60k to 80k
