We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This
is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee all digital marketing activities, ensuring
alignment with the company’s objectives and target audience within the migration and legal
services industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
• Design and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance online
visibility and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence across digital platforms, including the
company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
2. Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute targeted multichannel campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media,
and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and continuous optimization.
3. Content Marketing:
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience.
• Manage content calendars, blogs, newsletters, and digital assets to drive brand
awareness and customer engagement.
4. Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand’s presence and foster
audience engagement.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure impactful, on-brand messaging across all platforms.
5. Website and SEO Optimization:
• Manage website updates, ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with
marketing goals.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Define KPIs for digital initiatives and measure success using analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights for improving performance and
meeting objectives.
7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, service development, and
external agencies, to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Lead a team of digital marketers and provide guidance to enhance productivity and
creativity. Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role.
• Proven experience in the immigration, legal services, or service-based industry (must-
have).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
