Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies and budgets
  • Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Lead content strategy including blogs, landing pages, and campaign creatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CTR, etc.)
  • Manage the company’s digital presence across platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies
  • Stay updated with digital trends and implement best practices
  • Build and lead a digital marketing team (if applicable)

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong SEO & SEM knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and campaign planning skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
