Job Summary:

Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  recruitment and onboarding

  processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and orientation.
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  (e.g., attendance, leaves, benefits, and performance evaluations).
• Provide support in

  employee relations

  and ensure workplace compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle

  payroll assistance

  and coordinate with the finance department for salary processing.
• Support the development and implementation of

  HR initiatives and systems

  (e.g., HRMS, performance appraisal systems).
• Coordinate and assist in

  training and development

  programs.
• Assist with

  policy creation, updates, and enforcement

  .
• Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues such as leaves, benefits, and grievances.
• Participate in

  organizational planning

  , employee engagement activities, and internal events.
• Stay updated with

  HR best practices and employment law

  changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
• Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in HR or relevant discipline.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
