Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• MBA / PG in HR or HR & Finance specialization preferred.
• GreytHR or RP / Payroll tools or any major HRMS for payroll processing mandatory.
• Experience in MNCs / large corporates is highly preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

•  Complete Payroll Management & Finalization - including attendance reconciliation, CTC breakup, PF/ESI/PT deductions, income tax / TDS calculation, arrears, F&F settlements, and ensuring 100% accuracy & timely payroll processing using HRMS tools (GreytHR / RP / similar).
• Creation and implementation of HR policies & systems.
• Handling employee issues and engagement.
• Training & mentoring junior HR team members.
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate HR documentation and compliance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interacting with US clients professionally.
