Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Kochi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring the effective management of HR processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, addressing HR-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
• Knowledge and experience in HR Management and development of HR Policies
• Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in HR software tools and systems is considered a plus
