Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Faridabad. The Human Resources Specialist will handle recruitment processes, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and oversee personnel management. They will also be responsible for assisting in employee engagement, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the development of HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Knowledge of Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and foster workplace culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role and familiarity with labor laws is an advantage
