Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: On-site –Chandigarh Location

Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing efforts, covering digital, traditional, content, and brand communication. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty while aligning closely with business goals.

Key Responsibilities (with Measurable Deliverables)

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies (digital + traditional) aligned with quarterly and annual goals.
  • Launch campaigns with measurable KPIs — Brand Awareness, ROAS, CAC, CLV, Lead Conversions, Engagement Rate.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, outdoor, PR, events.
  • Deliver improvement in lead-to-patient conversion rates over 6 months.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage SEO, PPC, social media, influencer marketing, content, and email campaigns.
  • Grow social following on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Maintain CTRs on paid ads and achieve ROAS target
  • Optimize website & landing pages for conversion rates above industry average.

3. Brand Communication & PR

  • Define tone of voice and ensure consistency in all communications.
  • Generate media coverages through press releases and PR outreach.
  • Maintain a brand sentiment score above 80% positive.

4. Content Strategy

  • Develop and oversee production of content for website, social, ads, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Publish minimum blog posts and social media videos per month as per requirement.
  • Collaborate with doctors to produce educational videos per month.

5. Traditional & Event Marketing

  • Plan offline campaigns (print, outdoor, events, community outreach) with measurable footfall targets.
  • Achieve increase in event participation year-on-year.
  • Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective production of marketing materials.

6. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) for weekly performance monitoring.
  • Conduct A/B tests per month to optimize ad performance.
  • Present monthly performance reports with clear action items.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Sales, Customer Support, Operations to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Support patient journey mapping to improve conversion and retention rates.

8. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage the marketing budget with ROI-focused allocation across channels.
  • Ensure budget overruns do not exceed the planned spend.
  • Oversee agencies, freelancers, and internal teams for timely deliverables.

9. Innovation & Trendspotting

  • Introduce innovative campaigns or tools per year (e.g., AI, chatbots, automation workflows).
  • Stay updated on trends in healthcare marketing and emerging platforms.

10. Team Leadership & Growth

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Maintain team productivity KPIs (on-time delivery rate above 90%).
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven success in integrated marketing (digital, offline, content, PR, events) — preferably in healthcare or startups.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Hub Spot, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and brand communication skills.
  • Leadership and project management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
