Job Description

Senior Manager – Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & PPC

  • Lead 

    Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

     for high-volume lead generation.
  • Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to hit 

    CPL & ROI goals

    .
  • Own the full performance funnel – from ad clicks to lead conversion.

2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

  • Run and scale 

    conversion-led campaigns

     across Meta platforms.
  • Execute 

    remarketing, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing

     to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Ensure 

    consistent creative testing

     and landing page optimization.

3. WhatsApp & Direct Marketing

  • Design and execute 

    WhatsApp Business API campaigns

     for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
  • Integrate with lead forms and retargeting to boost response rates.
  • Personalize communication to 

    improve conversion velocity

    .

4. Local SEO & Geo-Targeted Marketing

  • Optimize 

    Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB)

     across multiple dealership and service locations.
  • Implement 

    hyperlocal SEO and ads

     to drive walk-ins and local leads.
  • Track listing performance and continuously improve local visibility.

5. Lead Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track all 

    campaign-generated leads

     via Bitrix24 CRM and analytics tools.
  • Own reporting on 

    CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion ratios

    .
  • Build 

    data dashboards (GA4, Google Data Studio, ad dashboards)

     with actionable insights for management.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6–10 years of 

    hands-on digital marketing experience

     with a focus on 

    lead generation & performance marketing

    .
  • Proven success in managing 

    large-scale PPC and social ad budgets

     with strong ROI.
  • Expertise in 

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and local SEO

    .
  • Strong analytical skills – able to 

    optimize campaigns in real time

    .
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker who can 

    own outcomes independently

    .
