Digital Tech/Project Lead

We are looking for a Digital Technology Manager who can manage our digital tools, software systems, APIs, and IVR setup. This person will be responsible for making sure all technology is properly installed, fully used, and supported. You will guide users, train staff, and troubleshoot problems to ensure everything runs smoothly on the ground. Key Responsibilities: Manage and set up digital tools, IVR systems, and software solutions. Ensure full usage (100%) of every tool/software across teams. Connect tools through APIs for smooth data flow and integration. Lead the end-to-end execution of digital products (on ground and online). Train team members and users on how to use tools properly. Create user guides, help documents, and support materials. Monitor performance and usage reports to find and fix gaps. Troubleshoot any technical or user-related issues quickly. Work with vendors, developers, and internal teams to keep all systems running efficiently. What We’re Looking For: 4–7 years of experience in managing digital tools, IVR, APIs, and software systems. Good knowledge of common tools like CRMs, call center software, marketing tools, etc. Experience in software rollouts, user onboarding, and adoption. Ability to train users in simple, easy-to-follow ways. Strong troubleshooting and support skills. Good understanding of integrations and APIs.
