About The Opportunity

We operate as a full-service digital marketing agency serving B2B and B2C clients across e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise services—delivering performance-driven acquisition and brand-growth programs. You will join a fast-paced marketing services team that builds measurable campaigns across paid, organic, email, and conversion optimisation channels.

  • Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and CRO to meet lead-generation and revenue targets.
  • Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) — manage budgets, bidding strategies and creative tests to maximise ROAS and reduce CPA.
  • Drive organic growth through technical SEO, content-led campaigns and backlink initiatives in close partnership with content and development teams.
  • Implement tracking (UTMs), set up GA4 and BI dashboards, run regular performance analysis and present actionable insights and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Build and optimise marketing automation and lead-nurturing flows (CRM handoff, lead scoring) to improve conversion velocity and lifetime value.
  • Coach and coordinate with designers, content creators and junior marketers; implement process improvements and testing roadmaps (A/B tests, multivariate tests).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2 years- 4 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrable success running paid and organic channels.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; strong focus on CPA and ROAS-driven campaign optimisation.
  • Solid analytics skills: GA4 implementation/analysis, Excel/Sheets proficiency; familiarity with dashboards (Looker/Power BI) and UTM strategy.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills; available to work on-site in India.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integrations for lead management.
  • Previous agency experience or background in e-commerce / B2B SaaS verticals and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
