Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage the digital marketing budget. Identify trends and insights to optimize performance across digital channels. 2. Performance Marketing Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing and improve conversions. 3. SEO & Website ManagementOversee on-page and off-page SEO activities. Improve website ranking, traffic, and user experience. Collaborate with developers for website enhancements and landing page optimization. 4. Social Media & Content Marketing Develop and manage social media strategy and brand presence. Oversee creation of engaging content (posts, blogs, reels, videos, infographics, etc.). Manage content calendar and ensure brand consistency. 5. Email & CRM Marketing Plan and execute email campaigns and automation workflows. Manage lead nurturing, segmentation, and retention strategies. Track campaign performance and improve engagement metrics. 6. Analytics & Reporting Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards for insights. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and make data-driven recommendations. 7. Team Coordination & Vendor Management Lead and mentor digital marketing executives or interns. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners. Work closely with sales, product, and design teams.
