The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, ASO, campaign management, and analytics, with the ability to guide internal teams using actionable insights. You will collaborate across departments to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth in the parenting, Garbhsanskar, and wellness space. App Growth & Digital Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Location: Surat Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ years in SEO, ASO, Digital Marketing Analysis, and Campaign Management Educational Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field Industry Experience: EdTech, HealthTech, Parenting, Wellness, or App-based Startups Key Responsibilities: SEO Management Plan & execute on-page & off-page SEO; keyword optimisation, and traffic analysis ASO Strategy Optimize app titles, descriptions, visuals; A/B test on Google Play & App Store Paid Campaigns Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google UAC, YouTube, and other paid ad platforms Analytics & Reports Track KPIs: installs, CTR, CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS using tools like Firebase, GA, AppsFlyer.
