Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Ideation Develop content calendars and strategies for both business and personal brands. Constantly brainstorm fresh, platform-specific ideas that drive reach, engagement, and conversations. Keep an eye on trends, cultural moments, and viral hooks to plug into. Execution & Collaboration Work closely with designers to get content pieces created. Step in with Canva (for quick graphics) or CapCut (for basic video edits) when needed. Ensure every post is visually appealing, brand-aligned, and engaging . Content Creation (Writing) Write engaging posts, captions, and threads for Twitter and LinkedIn yourself. Adapt tone and style to fit each platform and audience. Growth & Engagement Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interactions with followers. Experiment with content formats (shorts, reels, carousels, polls, threads, stories, etc.). Actively build engagement, virality, and conversations that convert into business growth. Analytics & Optimization Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies. Benchmark against competitors and identify new growth levers. Requirements Proven experience growing Instagram accounts (must-have); YT, Twitter, and LinkedIn exposure preferred. Strong design sense —you know what looks good and what doesn’t. Comfortable with content writing (especially for Twitter & LinkedIn). Hands-on skills with Canva and CapCut for minor design/video needs. Ability to brief, coordinate, and collaborate with designers. Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Analytical mindset to connect content efforts with business outcomes .
