Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop content calendars and strategies for both business and personal brands.
  • Constantly brainstorm fresh, platform-specific ideas that drive reach, engagement, and conversations.
  • Keep an eye on trends, cultural moments, and viral hooks to plug into.
  • Execution & Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers to get content pieces created.
  • Step in with

    Canva

    (for quick graphics) or

    CapCut

    (for basic video edits) when needed.
  • Ensure every post is

    visually appealing, brand-aligned, and engaging

    .
  • Content Creation (Writing)

  • Write engaging posts, captions, and threads for

    Twitter and LinkedIn

    yourself.
  • Adapt tone and style to fit each platform and audience.
  • Growth & Engagement

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interactions with followers.
  • Experiment with content formats (shorts, reels, carousels, polls, threads, stories, etc.).
  • Actively build engagement, virality, and conversations that convert into business growth.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies.
  • Benchmark against competitors and identify new growth levers.


Requirements

  • Proven experience

    growing Instagram accounts (must-have); YT, Twitter, and LinkedIn exposure preferred.
  • Strong

    design sense

    —you know what looks good and what doesn’t.
  • Comfortable with

    content writing

    (especially for Twitter & LinkedIn).
  • Hands-on skills with

    Canva

    and

    CapCut

    for minor design/video needs.
  • Ability to brief, coordinate, and collaborate with designers.
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to connect content efforts with

    business outcomes
