Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, run, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads, improving ROI, and meeting campaign KPIs for service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and build targeted ad sets.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust to improve results.
• Analyze insights, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Manage budgets, scale winning campaigns, and reduce CPL.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copy, creatives & funnels.
• Ensure proper tracking via Pixel, Events Manager & conversion APIs.
• Maintain high-quality lead flow and ensure campaign stability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS).
• Ability to create result-driven lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Funnels, Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and retargeting.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Key KPIs (Performance Expectations)

• CPL (Cost Per Lead) within industry benchmarks.
• Lead Quality Ratio (verified & reachable leads 60–80%).
• CTR (Click-Through Rate) above 1–2% depending on campaign type.
• CPM optimization through better targeting.
• Conversion Rate Improvement month-over-month.
• Ad Budget Efficiency – no overspending, proper pacing.
• Timely Reporting – weekly & monthly performance reports.
• Scaling Efficiency – ability to scale 20–200% while maintaining CPL.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
