Our mission is to deliver high-quality leads and maximize visibility for our clients through innovative digital strategies across multiple platforms. 🎯 Role Summary We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our entire digital footprint. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign creation, performance marketing, SEO, and creative development. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads for real estate projects through platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Taboola, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more. 📌 Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Execution Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate lead generation. Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Taboola, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization Design and implement high-converting landing pages. Set up tracking mechanisms (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to monitor lead flow and conversion. A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance. Creative Development Collaborate with designers or independently create compelling ad creatives, banners, and video content. Write persuasive ad copy and CTAs tailored to real estate audiences. SEO & Website Management Optimize the company website for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO). Ensure the site ranks for relevant keywords and drives organic traffic. Regularly update content and maintain technical SEO health. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Use insights to refine strategies and improve KPIs. ✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications 2–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or performance marketing. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Taboola, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WhatsApp Business tools. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage). Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms. Ability to design creatives using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
