Job Description

Presales Executive / Sales Executive: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Calling on Live Leads generated from varoius sources of Digital Marketing. Actively engage in cold calling to generate real estate leads from various sources and maximize site visits and sales conversions. Identify and qualify leads from inbound inquiries and marketing channels. Consultative Selling: Provide personalized consultations and expert advice to buyers, particularly High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), ensuring they are matched with the right properties based on their investment needs. Sales Presentation: Showcase primary residential properties to prospective buyers, clearly communicating the benefits and investment potential of each project. Convert prospects into buyers through effective presentation and negotiation skills. Market & Property Insights: Perform comprehensive market analysis and competitor study to offer accurate property pricing and value comparisons. Share up-to-date market knowledge with buyers to facilitate well-informed decisions. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support throughout the buying process and beyond. Provide exceptional personalized service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborative Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales process is seamless from start to finish. Solve challenges creatively while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. Key Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1-10 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields. Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation for real estate is a plus. Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to conduct market research and comparative analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Customer-centric with a focus on providing value. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
